Jasmin Muette
In the Chicest Western District of Paris
Just a few minutes from the Arc de Triomphe and the Trocadero square by metro, this flat is ideally located for anyone who wants to be able to access central Paris quickly or get to the La Défense business district in a short time, while living in a tranquil, green, and sunny environment. The renowned Marmotton Museum with some of the world’s most famous impressionist paintings by Monet is just a walk across the park. as is the Bois de Boulogne, which is the largest park in Paris (2.5 times the size of Central Park in New York and 3.3 times the size of Hyde Park in London). In fact, this vast, wonderful city park is just one street away from the flat. So anyone who likes to get exercise in a natural environment with a brisk morning walk or jog can simply go out the door and enter the park. The park has 35 kilometres of footpaths and 29 kilometres of horse trails. Replete with riding clubs, sports facilities, a swimming pool, playgrounds and other amenities, this city park has something for everyone, with a total surface area of 8459 square kilometres, or 3266 square miles.
The apartment itself has a nice sunny terrace facing south where you can sit and eat overlooking a large private garden area (which is situated between three residential buildings), this apartment is in a calm oasis of greenery and sunlight that provides great solace to those tired by the day’s urban stress. 130 square meters of space makes for comfortable living quarters in a city like Paris, where space is a luxury. The elevator, the airy transparency, and other amenities make staying in this flat a uniquely pleasurable experience. You can do your daily sightseeing and shopping in the city down below and return to your haven in the sky to relax in silent contemplation, if you so desire.
The area called the 16th arrondissement, where this flat is located on the western side of the city, is one of the most sought after residential districts in Paris. It is a very wealthy area, comprised mostly of select residential streets interspersed with the requisite grocery stores, bakeries, and specialty shops that you would expect in such an up market neighborhood. As for fresh produce, the hours and locations of the outdoor grocer’s markets (which can be found all over Paris on different days of the week) are listed below.
For anyone who wants to combine the pleasure of living near a vast park with the privilege of being able to get in and out Paris proper quickly (or getting out of Paris quickly) this flat is ideal. It can sleep 5, with a queen size bed in the master bedroom, 2 full size twin beds that can be joined as a queen in the other bedroom, and a twin bed in the children’s bedroom. Designed as a modern, light, flowing space, the décor is decidedly ‘Old World’ with lovely period antiques and other decorative touches which remind you that you are in a country known as the ‘Attic of the World’. France is truly a treasure trove of beautiful things, from artwork, to furniture, clothing and even foodstuffs. Cultivated French people make a point of surrounding themselves in fine furnishings and artwork, which then provides them with the perfect backdrop to fine dining and leisurely living. We hope that this is what you are coming to do in Paris yourself! If so, then you might want to consider staying in our JASMIN MUETTE flat.
When it comes to safety, the building itself has 24 hour a day security guards who verify all comings and goings, so you could not be more secure.
